أولًا: الشحن المحلي (داخل دولة الكويت)

أ. مواعيد التوصيل

  • الطلبات المؤكدة قبل الساعة 3:00 عصرًا:
    يتم توصيلها في نفس اليوم.

  • الطلبات المؤكدة بعد الساعة 3:00 عصرًا:
    يتم توصيلها في اليوم التالي.

  • نطاق وقت التوصيل اليومي:
    من الساعة 3:30 عصرًا حتى الساعة 10:00 مساءً.

ب. آلية التوصيل

  • يتم ترتيب وجدولة الطلبات تلقائيًا وفق التوزيع الجغرافي للمناطق من خلال النظام المعتمد.

  • لا تتوفر خدمة التوصيل المستعجل، حيث يعتمد التوصيل على ترتيب المناطق وليس على أولوية الطلب.

  • في حال وصول مندوب التوصيل إلى العنوان المسجل وعدم تواجد العميل، يوافق العميل على تسليم الطلب لأي شخص متواجد في نفس العنوان، ويُعتبر الطلب مستلمًا بحالة جيدة.

ج. رسوم التوصيل

  • 2.5 دينار كويتي لجميع مناطق دولة الكويت.

  • 3.5 دينار كويتي للمناطق النائية، وتشمل:

    • الوفرة السكنية

    • صباح الأحمد

    • الخيران

    • المطلاع وما حولها

🚫 مناطق غير مشمولة بالتوصيل:

  • الوفرة الزراعية

  • العبدلي

  • كبد

ملاحظات عامة

  • يُرجى التأكد من إدخال العنوان ورقم الهاتف بشكل صحيح.

  • لا يتحمل rustickw.shop أي مسؤولية عن التأخير الناتج عن معلومات غير دقيقة مقدمة من العميل.

Local Shipping (Within the State of Kuwait)

A. Delivery Schedule

  • Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM:
    Delivered on the same day.

  • Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM:
    Delivered on the next day.

  • Daily delivery window:
    From 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

B. Delivery Method

  • Orders are automatically scheduled based on geographical area distribution using our approved system.

  • Express or urgent delivery is not available, as deliveries are organized by area sequence rather than order priority.

  • If the delivery arrives at the registered address and the customer is not present:

    • The customer agrees to allow delivery to any person available at the same address.

    • The order will be considered successfully delivered in good condition.

C. Delivery Fees

  • 2.5 KWD for all areas within Kuwait.

  • 3.5 KWD for remote areas, including:

    • Residential Al-Wafra

    • Sabah Al-Ahmad

    • Al-Khiran

    • Al-Mutlaa and surrounding areas

🚫 Non-serviceable Areas:

  • Agricultural Al-Wafra

  • Al-Abdali

  • Kabd
